This Disclaimer applies to the Website only. Use of the talentguide SaaS-platform is governed by the separate Terms of Use (for end users) and Terms & Conditions (for client organisations), and the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

1.  Use of Information

TalentGuide BV strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Website. Although this information has been compiled with the greatest possible care, TalentGuide BV does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or topicality. Any legal information on the Website is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. No rights can be derived from the information on the Website. Subject to clause 5, TalentGuide BV accepts no liability for damage resulting from the use of the information or the Website, or from any malfunctioning of the Website.

The sending or receiving of information through the Website or by email does not automatically create a (contractual or client) relationship between TalentGuide BV and the user of the Website.

The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. TalentGuide BV has no influence over third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability or content. Subject to clause 5, TalentGuide BV accepts no liability for damage resulting from the use of third-party websites.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits TalentGuide BV’s liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by TalentGuide BV’s negligence.
